DMCA / IP Policy
Last updated: July 24, 2026
PromptLens respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights.
1. Reporting Infringement
If you believe content published on PromptLens — an uploaded reference image, a generated prompt, or a revision — infringes your copyright, send a notice to privacy@promptlens.nxs.web.id including:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The specific URL or scan ID of the material on PromptLens.
- Your contact information.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Our Response
Upon receiving a valid notice, we will review the reported content and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to it, and notify the user who published it.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe your published content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email address, including identification of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your consent to jurisdiction.
4. Repeat Infringers
Accounts found to repeatedly publish infringing content may be suspended or permanently terminated.
5. AI-Generated Prompt Text
Generated prompts are algorithmic descriptions produced from an uploaded reference image. If you believe a specific published prompt text itself infringes a separate copyrighted work (for example, reproduces substantial original text from elsewhere), please report it using the same process above.
6. Contact
All intellectual property concerns can be sent to privacy@promptlens.nxs.web.id.
