Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PromptLens, a service operated under Nigana International Community ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using PromptLens, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PromptLens, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing, whichever is higher. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. The Coin System

PromptLens operates on a virtual coin system rather than a subscription. Coins have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-transferable between accounts. We may adjust coin costs, rewards, or daily claim amounts at any time, with notice provided on our Changelog page for material changes.

• New accounts receive a one-time welcome bonus of coins.
• A daily coin claim is available once per calendar day.
• Coins are earned when other unique accounts copy or edit a prompt you have published, subject to anti-abuse limits described in Section 5.
• Coins are spent when you scan a new image or submit an Editorial Mode revision.

4. Content You Submit

You retain ownership of images you upload and prompts you generate. By publishing a scan to the Explore feed, you grant PromptLens and other users a non-exclusive, worldwide license to view, copy, and build revisions upon that content within the service, in line with our collaborative editing model described in Section 6.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to any image you upload and publish, and that doing so does not infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

5. Fair Use of the Coin Economy

You may not use multiple accounts, automated tools, or any other method to artificially inflate coin rewards. Reward events (copies and edits) are deduplicated per unique account and do not count when performed by the content's own creator. We reserve the right to reverse fraudulently obtained coins and suspend associated accounts.

6. Collaborative Editing

Once you publish a scan, any signed-in user may submit a revision through Editorial Mode. Revisions are added to a shared version history attached to your original scan; they do not transfer ownership of the underlying scan away from you. The original version (v1) is always what is displayed in the public Explore feed.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use PromptLens to generate, publish, or request prompts intended to produce content that sexualizes minors, facilitates harassment of real individuals, infringes third-party intellectual property, or violates applicable law. See our Community Guidelines for further detail.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our Community Guidelines. You may delete your account at any time from Settings.

9. Disclaimers

PromptLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated prompts and outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a given purpose; you are responsible for evaluating and using generated content appropriately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PromptLens and Nigana International Community shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PromptLens after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
